Aluminium Swing Door Installation

The village hall had outdated doors that were no longer fit for purpose. They were difficult to use, did not meet accessibility standards, and lacked secure access control for hall users.

We installed a new automatic swing door system with a wider opening to fully comply with DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) requirements. To enhance security and ease of access, we integrated an access control system, allowing authorised users to enter the hall securely when hiring the facility. Additionally, we customised the glass panel within the door by incorporating the village hall’s logo, adding a unique and professional aesthetic touch.

Benefits of the New Swing Door System

  • Enhanced Accessibility: Wider opening ensures compliance with DDA regulations.
  • Improved Convenience: An automated swing door makes entry effortless for all users.
  • Secure Access Control: Only authorised individuals can enter, increasing security.
  • Aesthetic Appeal: A custom glass panel with the village hall’s logo enhances branding.
  • Modern & Durable Design: Long-lasting solution suited for frequent use.
  • Energy Efficiency: Helps maintain internal temperatures and reduce drafts.

Our new installation has significantly improved the functionality, security and visual appeal of the village hall, making it more welcoming and user-friendly for all visitors.
