BS EN 16005 2012 A 2015 in conjunction with BS 7036-0-2014 is the Automatic Door Standards that states to protect the safety of employees and the general public, it is the buildings occupier’s responsibility to ensure that equipment or machinery is routinely maintained in line with manufacturers recommendations.
To help keep you compliant with the latest Automatic Door Standards, our designs, installations, maintenance and routine services are designed to ensure you never fall behind. We regularly remind our previous customers of their yearly service due date, and if requested, even as frequent as every 6 months.
Our team of engineers are vetted and fully trained with a wealth of experience as well as fully qualified to the latest BS EN 16005 / BS 7036 Automatic Door Standards to ensure the highest quality of service is available to our customers. Regular training is completed to remain current and up to date with the latest standards and changes.
As with all electric / mechanical parts, wear and tear will happen overtime and result in the need to be changed. Our engineers carry a wide array of stock on their vans and therefore, if anything needs changing urgently during a routine service, we have the capability to do that under confirmation of the customer. In the case we’re not carry a specific part, your service report that is sent after your service is complete will include the issues found and parts needed. We can then order those parts in and fit them with a scheduled visit.
