Available as just the window or with additional sections. These additional sections can be on any side of the window and be fully glazed or solid timber cores, covered over the top by acrylic panels or aluminium sheets.
We have standardised manufacturing and delivery times, expedited times are available at additional costs if our workshop workload allows. Please get in touch with us if you have a requirement for a dedicated deadline.

Our dedicated couriers can deliver the same or next day once booked. We advise having clear delivery instructions and someone on site to receive the window to minimise the chance of any issues.
We supply all of our horizontal sliding windows on a supply-only basis, however, if installation is required please do let us know for a tailored installation quote.

Yes, the window comes with a high security hook lock and a thumb turn on the inside. An additional flush shoot bolt at the rear edge for extra night time/lock up security is also provided.
Yes, the Heavy Duty Window can be single or double glazed and can also be any glass specification that you require. We can advise you regarding the most appropriate glass type to suit your environment.
There are very few restrictions with our Heavy Duty Serving Windows as they are all custom made.

It’s also best practise to provide some pictures and dimensions so that we can understand the environment in which the window will be situated.
Unfortunately not, however we can supply a Fire Rated Medium Duty Serving Window or a Fire Rated Shutter to cover one side of the opening which may give you the compliance that you require.
It all depends on the type of window and environment that the window is being installed into. It’s always advised that our in-house engineers install the Heavy Duty Serving Windows due to the nature of the customisation however, competant installers would cope with installations.
Any standard RAL colour can be achieved as well as multiple finishes available. Please ensure to specify your requirements so that we can provide an accurate lead time.
Metallic finishes are available for an additional cost as well as Marine Grade finishes.
