• Our Medium Duty Serving Windows are thermally broken, meaning it prevents the transfer of hot and cold air, effectively minimising the thermal conductivity and provides an added layer of insulation.
• A built-in lock handle in provided which adds an extra layer of protection.
• Both panes slide by default, offering you the flexibility to control ventilation and access points.
• The option to have one fixed pane is available, please specify this in your request.
• It’s fully customisable! Allowing you to colour the window in any RAL colour, add additional handles, locks and even integrate blinds within the glazing.

Does the Medium Duty Serving Window come with draft sealing?

Yes, all four sides of the window have draft sealing. Enhancing smell and sound penetration.

Can I install the Medium Duty Serving Window externally?

Equipped with drainage holes as standard (if ordered as an external window) the Single Sliding Medium Duty Serving Window can be applied to any external environment.

Can you lock the Medium Duty Serving Window?

With two slam locks in either sliding pane, the Single Sliding Medium Duty Serving Window automatically locks in place when pushed shut.

Can I change the glass in the Medium Duty Serving Window?

No, our Medium Duty Serving Window comes as 28mm thick as standard however, you can change what the make up of the glass is, i.e. laminated or toughened.

Are your Medium Duty Serving Window Fire Rated?

Unfortunately they do not come Fire Rated. We have fought long and hard to find a supplier with Fire Rated serving windows and have been unsuccessful in finding any supplier who can offer these.

What is the maximum size I can have my Medium Duty Serving Window?

The maximum size we can fabricate our Medium Duty Serving Window to is 3000mm wide x 1800mm high.
