For supply-only orders, we recommend providing clear delivery instructions in advance. Please ensure someone is on-site to receive the delivery to help avoid any potential issues or delays.
All our windows are quoted on a supply-only basis by default, unless installation has been specifically requested. Our experienced in-house engineers not only handle installations but are often directly involved in the fabrication process. No, the glass cannot be changed. It comes 28mm thick as standard however, you can change what the makeup of the glass is i.e. laminated or toughened.
Unfortunately, these exact windows that we fabricate in-house are not Fire Rated. However, we do have a European supplier who offers Fire Rated Serving Windows – so should you find your specification requires this, please specify and let us know so we can quote accordingly.
