All orders made by you through www.next-doors.com or via email are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose to not accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods/services that you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/service. Next Doors Ltd cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming that the goods/services ordered have been dispatched/scheduled, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or that you have cancelled it in accordance with our returns policy. At this stage, payment will be taken and a binding contract between us will exist.

Upon receiving payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email, which will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. Whether or not you receive this email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
If you have a credit account with us, any order over £5,000.00 will need to be paid 50% pro-forma upfront with the remaining 50% on completion or delivery.
Any new customer will be required to pay on a pro-forma basis for the first 1-5 orders at which point you will be considered for a 14 day credit limit. Should our business result in a failure to pay your invoices on time, multiple times, we retain the right to withdraw the credit account.
Any parts supplied and/or fitted by us remain our property until the invoice is paid in full, and we reserve the right to withdraw parts if payment is not made promptly.
Payment Methods: We only accept BACS Payments or Bank Transfers. Overdue accounts will be subject to a service charge of 8% per month.

Cheque: Please note that we no longer accept cheques. Any cheques sent will be subject to a £50 admin charge.
Unless otherwise stated, the products/services on www.next-doors.com are only available within the United Kingdom. There may be certain situations where items become unavailable. In the unlikely event of this happening we will inform you by email if any items/service you have ordered are unavailable. Please note we do not charge your credit or debit card for items not sent to you.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any product, downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or ite content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the website owner, Contract Services Next Doors.com Ltd. Next Doors Ltd does not warrant that the services from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service, you thereby indemnify this Company, it’s employees, agents and afficilates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Postage & Packaging: All postage and packaging charges are shown at time of checkout or listed on your invoice. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-10 working days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, orders should arrive within 3-5 working days unless expedited delivery has been confirmed.
Bulky, Heavy and/or Oversized Items: Although a standard delivery charge is indicated in the checkout process or invoice, certain items sold on www.next-doors.com may be subject to an additional delivery charge. This will be due to their weight, bulk and/or size. In this event, you will be contacted regarding the total delivery charge and be given the option to amend your order should you wish to do so.
Hazardous Materials: New rules from the Post Office that came into effect on 17/01/2013 prevent us from sending Enamel Paints, Glues, Flammable items and Lithium Batteries via regular post. Instead, they will need to be sent via a dedicated courier.
Delivery Status: If you have not received your order or it is late, please contact us quoting your order number and date of order. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out above are met, but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
Once goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation and Returns Policy, you must take good care of the goods pending their return to us.
Undelivered Packages: Occasionally we will have a package returned to us because the couriers could not deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-posted or refunded. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back to us, we will issue a refund for the product. No refund will be given for the original postage costs. For us to repost an order, you will incur an additional postage charge.
Our policy is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied every time you purchase a product or service from Next Doors Ltd. If you are unhappy with an item or service, please to let us know. If a product, please ensure to return it to us within 14 days of the date on the dispatch note that accompanies your order. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care of it, the product is in a unused state, it is complete with orgiinal packaging and it has all of it’s original components.

Please note that we cannot cancel an orer once it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Returning An Item: Please do not return an item to us without prior contact and confirmation. Or you can write to us at the following address – Unit 3, Birchwood Trade Estate, London Rd, Swanley, Kent, BR8 7QD. Once you have contacted us, you will be given instructions on how to return your purchase. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach our possession.
We only refund the cost of returning an item to us if it is faulty. Please see the “Faulty Items” section below for more information. All refunds are credited back to the card holder’s account which was sued to make the original purchase.
Faulty Items: Due to the mechanical nature of certain products, no refunds or exchanges can be given on selected items until a manufacturing defect is identified. This may involve sending it back to the supplier. If spare parts are available, we will look to repair the existing item before sending a replacement.
If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will refund the postage paid by you to return the item(s) to us.
